I'm Michaël, a sports coach specialising in return to sport after injury and functional rehabilitation.

My role: to be the bridge between your physiotherapist and the field. When physio ends, my support begins — so you can return to sport safely, without relapse and without compromise.

I work with you if:
→ You are recovering from an injury (ACL, fracture, tendinopathy, low back pain)
→ You want to ease back into sport, at your own pace, to last over time without breaking down
→ You are looking for structured follow-up that respects your physio's recommendations

My approach — Body · Mind · Sport — works on both the physical and the confidence that needs rebuilding after an injury.
